Defining “Lifetime”

For the purposes of our Installation Warranty, the “lifetime” of your product is aligned with the manufacturer’s wear warranty. If you’re ever unsure how long that is for your specific product, our flooring consultants are always happy to explain.

And if for any reason “lifetime” isn’t clearly defined by the product manufacturer, we’ll still stand behind our installation for what would be considered the reasonable life expectancy of your chosen flooring.
