TGA Girls College - by C3 Construction

C3 Construction led this project, which included a range of flooring options such as carpet tiles, Marmoleum, and vinyl, as well as acoustic wall linings. This was a large project that involved collaboration with multiple trades across three floors, requiring a high degree of organization, project management, and timely delivery. To ensure on-time delivery and to work within our installation windows, we employed multiple installation teams, which alleviated the workload within the necessary timeframes. Adding to the complexity, the main carpet tile design consisted of seven different planks arranged in a herringbone pattern.

This architecturally designed pattern is unique and was created specifically for the school. This distinctive design demanded a high level of skill and attention to detail from the installation teams. The project encompassed approximately 800 m² of vinyl/Marmoleum and about 2500 m² of carpet tiles, requiring up to six installers over a five-month period.
