We chanced on the Flooring Room because they were one of the few places open on the weekend. We were impressed by the product knowledge of the people on duty, as well as their professionalism and warmth.

Mandy came to measure my house and give me a quote. She noticed several things about the house that may have made installation difficult and called Nathan in to help. Between them, they resolved all the possible complications before they even arose and gave me an amazingly accurate quote.

Installation was a breeze, we barely noticed the people coming and going and they worked so efficiently and consulted me along the way to make sure I was happy with their work.
