If you have any questions about new flooring, our flooring consultants can talk you through the process, from selection, quoting, to floor preparation and installation.   Our team are back in the showroom and are keen assist you with advice and product selection for your project.  

Sometimes it’s much easier for us to give advice when we can see your home, and we can share with you mood boards, colour samples, and flooring types. 

After an initial phone call, if required we will set up a virtual consultation. We can walk you through our showroom by facetime or zoom, and bring you samples to see in your own home. All our processes are now contactless and we have equipment and procedures in place to keep you and our team safe and well.

We will do the rest.  You can show us through your home, describe what you are wanting to achieve, and we can then share with you types of products, colour options, and advice to assist you with your project. 

If you have an existing floor plan of your house you can email that to us (even taking a photo of it with your phone is fine), or we can help you sketch one up.  With this information, and your product selection, we can provide you with a quote for your new floor
